Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of Miracles and Manifesting (“the Service”), operated by Gabor Nyakas, based in Debrecen, Hungary. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Miracles and Manifesting is a structured spiritual-practice app. You enroll in a teaching, work through it one lesson at a time — a short reading and a daily practice — and are supported by an AI coach and a personal journal. Lessons unlock day by day as you progress.

We continually improve the Service, and teachings, lessons, and features may change over time. Completions you have already earned stay yours.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in credentials safe: you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Student plans

The free plan includes the first lessons of the foundation teaching and a limited number of coaching sessions per week. The Student plan unlocks all lessons and unlimited coaching, billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from inside the app, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If we change prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to you.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from a new purchase within 14 days for a full refund — email us at gabor.nyakas.dev@gmail.com.

5. The AI coach is not professional advice

The coach is an artificial intelligence. It supports a spiritual and educational practice — it is not a therapist, doctor, or financial adviser, and its responses are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment.

If you are in crisis or concerned about your mental or physical health, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

6. No promised outcomes

The teachings draw on contemplative traditions and describe a practice, not a guarantee. We do not promise any particular result — spiritual, emotional, material, or otherwise. What you get from the practice depends on you.

7. Your content

Your journal entries and coaching conversations remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to run the Service — for example, to keep your journal history and generate coaching replies — as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

8. Our content

The teachings, lessons, practices, and other content of the Service are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial practice. You may not copy, republish, resell, or distribute them, or use them to build a competing service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights of others, through the Service
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or access it by automated means except through interfaces we provide
• Misuse the AI coach — for example, attempting to extract other people’s data or to generate harmful content
• Share your account or resell access to the Service

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing gabor.nyakas.dev@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first. After deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protections of the consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring complaints to your local consumer protection body.
